WATER TESTING
I will take water samples from the property being inspected, and deliver them to the testing laboratory for testing. When the samples have been tested, the results are sent to me via email. I check the levels against the acceptable levels as decreed by Health Canada & Nova Scotia Health Authority, and inform you of the results. My assessment of the results is done within 6 hours of me receiving the lab information. I then send an email to you and also send the results as part of this email. The costs below comprise of the laboratory charges plus a fee for collecting, delivering and interpreting the results against the Health Canada guidelines. The average turn-around time from sampling to delivery of results is 5-7 working days depending upon laboratory workload. PLEASE READ THE NOTICE AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE BEFORE PROCEEDING.

1. The assessment will only compare actual results with Health Canada/NS Health Authority guidelines and limits. The client will be informed if any measurement is above the limit stipulated. It is the responsibility of the client to further test or take appropriate action in the event of a high or above limit measurement.
2. This service is ONLY to record levels as requested in one of the four packages above, and compare them to limits stipulated by Health Canada and Nova Scotia Health Authority. We do not recommend rectification or remedial actions to correct any measurement that exceeds these limits.
3. All rectification work required, is SOLELY, the responsibility of the person ordering the tests.
