This is a basic water quality test where I take samples of water from the home, and have them tested by lab professionals. There a number of packages you can choose from, depending on what information you need.

Home Inspection Fees
It is not a 'one price fits all' operation - it depends on the size of the house/condo/apartment, and therefore how much work is involved and the time to do the work.
Houses under 3000 square feet
$485.00 with taxes in
Houses 3001 to 4500 square feet
$575.00 with taxes in
Houses over 4501 square feet
$650.00 with taxes in
Other Fees
Radon Testing
$120 including taxes when added as part of the home inspection ($189 including taxes when carried out as a stand-alone test). This charge is for a 48-96 hour test only. Full assessment 90 day tests are also available at $150. Please contact me to book stand-alone radon testing.
Water Quality Testing
The fees for Water Testing vary from $119 to $249 plus taxes depending upon which of the four packages is chosen. The fees are explained in the Basic Water Testing area of the SERVICES AVAILABLE section above.
Building Inspections
Additional buildings such as workshops & boat houses can be inspected starting at $95 including taxes when added as part of the home inspection. This charge will depend upon size of building being inspected.
Condo & Apartment Inspections
Again, the size of the apartment or condo will determine the price. As a rule, Condo's /townhouses below 1000 sq ft will be $345 including taxes; above 1000 sq ft start at $395 including taxes. Apartments below 1000 sq ft start at $325 and $355 including taxes above 1000 sq ft.
PLEASE NOTE: Cancellation within 24 hours of the agreed inspection time and date will incur a 100% charge.
How to pay for the services
There are many ways to make your payment.
PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT IS BY ELECTRONIC TRANSFER or by DEBIT CARD.
Payment can be made prior to the home inspection, by Credit Card, or by e-transfer. i accept MasterCard, Visa & American Express cards.
